Payment,
Delivery Times and Charges
- We credit/debit cards through
our PayPal server. There is no charge to you for
using this secure service and you do not need to have
a PayPal account to use it. You can also pay by credit/debit
card over the phone.
- We also accept payment by cheque.
If you pay by cheque we will not despatch the goods until
the cheque has cleared our bank account.
- We aim to deliver
to you within 10 working days of receiving your order,
though we will usually deliver sooner. Delivery times
will vary dependent upon payment method & postage option chosen. If you need your gift
in a hurry, please call us on 020 8923 7592 or email info@snapdragon.me.uk for estimated delivery time & stock availability.
UK standard postage is charged at £4.00. For next-day
delivery, which is £10, please phone us before 12
noon to place your order.
- We will normally despatch all
items in your order together but if there will be a
delay of over 10 days on any item, we will despatch the
delayed items separately with a covering note. You will
only be charged once for postage.
Stock Availability
- We endeavour to show only in-stock on the website.
However, we don’t currently have the facility
to update stock records automatically online. If you
want to find out if an item is in stock prior to ordering,

Guarantee and Returns Policy
- If you are not happy with
any purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days
of receipt in perfect condition, complete with original
packaging and we will be happy to refund the original
price of the item or send you an exchange. This does
not affect your statutory rights. We can only accept
returns on personalised items if they are faulty.
- Please
ensure you follow the procedures below:
1. Complete the Exchange & Return Form included with
your order, stating clearly whether you require an
exchange or a refund.
2. Pack the item well, using our original packaging or
a recycled box if possible and label clearly:

3. Send from your local Post Office
and ensure that you either send by RECORDED DELIVERY
or you obtain a proof of postage certificate. You are
responsible for any returned items until they reach us
and we cannot give refunds without a proof of delivery.
4. Goods are returned at your own expense.
5. We regret that postage, packing and insurance are direct
costs and cannot be refunded; only the value of goods will
be refunded.
6. Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible
after arrival and you will be contacted should a problem
arise.
7. In the case of gifts, we regret we can only refund
payment to the purchaser and not to the recipient.

- Our shopping cart requires that

modern browsers support JavaScript. If you are using
a JavaScript compliant browser and still have problems
using our shopping facilities, make sure you have JavaScript

- Every effort is

Dragon will not be liable to any person for loss or
damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result

to protect our customers. This means that no one else can access your data.

What information do we hold and why
When you shop with Snap Dragon, there are different ways
we gather information about you:
- When you order from us,
we ask for information such as your name, e-mail
address, delivery address and telephone number. We do
not keep records of credit card details. When you place
an order with us online, your credit card details go
direct to our secure payment partner, PayPal so we do
not receive them; with telephone orders, we retain your
credit card details only until the transaction has been
completed.
- We keep a record of your information
to enable us to recognise you as a registered customer
and to fulfil the orders you place with us.
- We keep a
record of your purchases with us so we can send you
relevant offers or new product news.
- We keep a record
of any e-mail/written correspondence you send us as
we need this to keep track of any problems or concerns
you've had with our products or services.
